Academic Detailing (educational visits) to GPs in surgery
Visits can be arranged to suit individual time to discuss recent independent evidence for prescribing in many therapeutic areas. - an online service from NPS providing information about new medicines and changes to PBS listings that are important to GPs.

Home Medication Review - MBS item 900
GP referral service to patient's usual pharmacy arranging for a pharmacist home
visit to review the patient's medication management and report findings to the GP for a formal medication chart to be drawn up, with the patient's (or carer's) involvement.
Referral and medication chart forms are available from the Division.
Templates are available on GP software programs
