The division provides support and advice to practices that are developing and improving their electronic information management systems.

Such support includes assistance with:

• On-going development of recall and reminder systems. 
  
•  Provision of quality improvement in diabetes care. 
  
•  Provision of quality improvement in asthma care. 
  
•  Use of the tools used to implement electronic systems. 
  
•  Developing awareness of incentives available to practices.

In order to achieve these outcomes, the division provides: 

• Practice Visits. 
  
• Phone calls of a training nature. 
  
• Information sessions on a variety of IM-related topics.
